The Elimination Diet
By completing the Elimination Diet you will identify the foods that may be triggering inflammation in your diet. By removing the most common culprits, then paying attention to your body, you can really feel the difference when you re-introduce the food again. This process has to be done systematically and I will walk you through it! It is challenging but it can be done and your body will thank you for doing it. Inflammation may come out in different ways in each individual. Some people get brain fog while others get high blood pressure, depression, acne, joint pain...you name it! Be prepared to start feeling your best. I will guide you through the process.
